It answers your clinic's WhatsApp on your same number: it replies to questions about prices, hours and FAQs with your information, books appointments in the open slots of your calendar (Google Calendar or the Kairus calendar), sends reminders with buttons to confirm or reschedule, and hands off to your team whatever it can't resolve. You see every conversation in your portal.
Doctoralia brings you new patients. Kairus takes care of the ones who message you on WhatsApp, which is most of them: it answers them, books them in your calendar, confirms their appointments and reminds them to come back when it's time. The two work together.
A cheap bot is a tool you set up and maintain yourself, and it almost never books against your real calendar. Kairus installs and configures it with your services and prices, connects it to your Google Calendar or lets you run your schedule in Kairus, sends reminders with buttons and gives you support on WhatsApp. The difference is who does the work and how many appointments stay on your calendar.
One appointment that isn't lost pays for a good part of the month. The Consultorio plan costs $1,990 MXN a month, VAT included, with no long-term contract and a 30-day guarantee. Try the calculator with your own numbers: if it doesn't pay for itself, it's not for you.
Kairus uses the official WhatsApp API, the way Meta authorizes businesses to use WhatsApp. Meta can limit a number if many patients block or report it; that's why reminders and campaigns go out with Meta-approved templates, any patient can reply BAJA to opt out, and whoever does stops receiving campaigns.
It stays. You keep using your same number and your WhatsApp Business app on your phone; Kairus answers from that number. If you reply from your phone, the assistant steps aside in that conversation.
Yes, because they don't have to install anything or learn anything new: it's the same WhatsApp they already use. Reminders come with buttons so they don't have to type, and if someone would rather talk to a person, the assistant hands the conversation to your team.
The AI only answers with the information you approve: your services, prices, hours and FAQs. Whatever it doesn't know, it hands off to your team. It never diagnoses or prescribes, and you see every conversation and can take over any of them at any time. If you didn't like an answer, you flag it from your inbox and we fix it.
We do the setup in 5 business days, counted from the business day after your part is complete; that day we send you the deadline. Your part takes about 30 minutes: connect your WhatsApp, add your card in Meta and fill out a 10-question form. The typical setup for your specialty comes preloaded.
Any private practice that books appointments over WhatsApp. We already have services and FAQs preloaded for dentistry, aesthetics, dermatology, physical therapy, nutrition, gynecology and pediatrics; if yours isn't on the list, we set it up with your information within the same timeframe.
Meta charges for its messages directly to the card on your WhatsApp Business account, at the official price and with no Kairus commission. Since October 1, 2026, Meta charges for every message sent from your number: replies, reminders and campaigns (campaigns cost more). Typical estimate of Meta's fee, to which Meta adds VAT under its own policy (Kairus has no say in it): Consultorio plan, $25 to $220 MXN a month; Clínica plan, $160 to $1,325 MXN a month, depending on your volume. You see each month's estimate in your portal.
One distinct patient handled within a 24-hour window. If María sends 10 messages on Monday, that's 1 conversation; if she comes back on Wednesday, that's another one. The Consultorio plan includes 300 a month and the Clínica plan 1,000. If you go over, a block of 200 for $490 MXN is added to the following month's invoice, and we let you know beforehand, when you reach 80%.
It's yours. Your clinic is the Data Controller and Kairus is the Data Processor, under Mexico's data protection law (LFPDPPP). We keep what's needed to book (name, phone, general reason for the visit, date and time), not the medical record. You can download your appointments and contacts from your portal whenever you want, and if you cancel and ask us to, we delete your account within 10 business days at most.
Meta's assistant answers questions, but it doesn't book in your calendar, doesn't send reminders with confirmation, doesn't reactivate patients and doesn't give you an inbox so your team can take over conversations. Kairus does all of that on your same number and with your rules.
Yes. There's no minimum term: give us one month's notice and you pay no penalty. And if you're not convinced within the first 30 days, we refund your first monthly payment.
Is your question not here? Message us on WhatsApp. If it's something Kairus doesn't do yet, we'll look at it with you.
