This is simple math with the list price and the included conversations: if your clinic handles few conversations a month or doesn't need what's exclusive to Clínica, Consultorio may suit you better.
A conversation is one distinct patient handled within a 24-hour window. If María sends 10 messages on Monday, that's 1 conversation; if she comes back on Wednesday, that's another one. A reminder sent to a patient also counts as that patient's conversation for the day. We let you know when you reach 80%; if you go over, a block of 200 conversations for $490 MXN is added to the following month's invoice.
Meta messages: you pay Meta directly at the official price, with no Kairus commission, using the card on your WhatsApp Business account. Meta charges its fee plus VAT: that's Meta's policy, not Kairus's. You see each month's estimate in your portal.
