Who it's for
Your number stays. You're in control.
You keep using your same number and your WhatsApp Business app on your phone. Kairus answers from that number, and if you reply, the assistant steps aside in that conversation. If you ever leave, your number, your patients and your calendar are still yours.
If you reply from your phone, the assistant steps aside in that conversation. And your team can take over any of them from the inbox with a button.

Kairus is for you if
- Patients message you on WhatsApp after hours and those patients go to whoever does answer.
- You have no-shows that a reminder with a confirm button can reduce.
- Your schedule is in a calendar (Google Calendar) or you run it directly in Kairus.
- You have patients who haven't come back and nobody has time to message them.
When Kairus is NOT for you
- Fewer than ~10 appointments a month: the time saved doesn't justify the cost yet.
- You need an electronic medical records system: Kairus is front desk and scheduling, not medical history.
- You don't want to add a card to your WhatsApp Business account: Meta requires it to send reminders.
- Your front desk answers everything right away, even at night: you may not need it yet.
Privacy
We handle your schedule, not your patients' medical records
- What we process
- We process what your patient writes in the chat to book: name, phone, reason for the visit, date and time. If the patient mentions health information, we process that too. Your clinic is the Data Controller for that data and Kairus is the Data Processor. Kairus is not a medical records system and doesn't replace one.
- Where it lives
- To operate we use providers: server (Hostinger), WhatsApp (Meta), artificial intelligence (Anthropic, and Google Gemini if you turn on voice notes), your calendar, and Stripe if you turn on Secure Booking. We never sell data. The details are in the Privacy Notice.
- Retention
- Conversations are deleted automatically after 12 months. If you or your patient ask, we delete it within 10 business days at most.
- Your patient decides
- Before using their data, the assistant asks for permission. Replying BAJA stops campaigns.
